Job Description

  • Answer incoming customer service calls or respond to emails from customers
  • Quickly help customers with a solution that fits the problem
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Navigate multiple systems, programs, and screens at the same time
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner

Job Related Qualifications

  • Great communication skills
  • Can type 50 words per minute (WPM) or more
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Special Requirements

  • Comfortable empathizing and staying patient with difficult callers
